I was greeted when I came into the store by Angela, who was cheerful and very helpful. I was given the chance to look around without being hassled with any sales pitch. I was offered tea, coffee, water. I was shown various possibilities for a mattress for the bed I'd already chosen, without being pushed to buy a particular one. Overall, a really positive shopping experience!

the products were all suitable to our requirements the salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy the salesman was professional and knowledgeable

I was served by Cliff, he took a lot of time explaining the bed and going into the upgrade with the purchase I made, it was polite and new everything about the product. I felt at ease and not pressured like you can be in some shops it was my second visit and both times lucky enough to be served by Cliff and would have to say he is a true credit to your store. I will defiantly return to this store should I being buying any beds in the future.

I was served by a very nice gentleman named Chris in the Maidatine branch. I was not rushed and I was deliberating over two beds he took the time to explain both and no pressure was applied. In fact his knowledge professional approach and customer skills were what can only be described as amazing. Will definitely shop at Dreams again

We were greeted on arrival in a friendly manner and given the option of help straight away or having a look around first. We weren’t harassed by the sales staff. When we needed help, Neriman was there to guide us through the bed selection and mattress trials. She was very professional in her approach and efficient during the cordering and payment process, explaining everything clearly.

Highly efficient staff. No pressure to buy but exactly the right amount of time spent with me, then left me in peace whilst I decided. He remained nearby so available for further questions .
