Very efficient service so far very pleased.

The sales assistant Angela was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgable.... She made the experience very good and ensured we fully understood the beds and picking the right one for us, she most certainly is a credit to your company!!

Was given plenty of time -and help when I asked for it - to decide between products. Neriman was extremely professional, giving a lot of very useful information on comparing the 2/3products I was interested in. Returns procedure, if necessary, was fully explained.she sensitively allowed me plenty of time ( also making me a coffee) to sample the mattresses.

Sales person very knowledgeable about the product and guided us through the process of selection very well. We hope new bed will give us excellent nights sleep in the future.

Zachary is a very nice, helpful assistant. He was friendly and gave us confidence that he would choose us a good product. We were very happy with the mattress he suggested.

Greeted as we walked in but were not "pounced on" store looked clean and tidy, plenty of products to browse

From start to finish, Angela was lovely and very helpful. We didn’t feel like she was pushing for the sale and was also very good with our son who was being a pickle on a particularly hot day. During our visit and purchase, I came over with a migraine due to heat and being pregnant. Angela could see how uncomfortable I was and she offered water to me and my partner as well as gave my son a fair few biscuits and a drink too which he really enjoyed. The assistant, her name was Angela, was extremely helpful, very polite and made me feel at ease, no rush, nothing was too much trouble, my only complaint is that you don't have aircon as it was extremely hot in the store.

Zarvi was the staff member who served us, he greeted us as we entered the store and took time to understand what we wanted and how he could help us. We used the sleep machine to test what mattress was best for us and we were amazed how much we liked the mattress Zarvi then suggested to us. He went through all the options we could have and he took his time explaining to us everything and answering all our questions, we would definitely recommend after the service we had.
