The staff were courteous and professional and Cliff took the time to ensure our needs were met.

I visited the Maidstone store to see if the bed I wanted was in the sale unfortunately not but Angela the lady there took my name and number and rang me when it had an offer on it I was thrilled and she was so lovely and very professional

The assistant in the Maidstone store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We found him to be polite and courteous.

From the moment I walked through the doors until I left the shop after my second visit, I was looked after by a great member of staff Zach....in the Maidstone branch. He was very knowledgeable as to my needs and requirements, he did the bed test on me and his recommendations to me were spot on. It took two visits and many hours and he was very patient as well as making some excellent chocolate. I'm sure I have a great bed that will serve me for many years.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams as we were greeted as soon as we entered the store and there was always somebody there to assist. The employee who helped us choose was very patient and showed us a range of different bed bases, mattresses and pillows. He also did a sleep test on us to show which mattress was recommended for our body types. He was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and assist us with any doubts that we had. On top of this he was able to provide us with discounts and freebies where possible. Our new bed will be delivered in just over a week and we are very excited!

Choosing a mattress was made very simple. Angela was lovely and extremely knowledgable on the products she was showing me.

The customer service was superb, and the system that you have to obtain an accurate mattress type for your sleeping pattern and possible issues is just great. I was very satisfied with the different types of mattresses I tried based on the results of the test, as I was able to make the right decision.

Neriman was very professional, and knew the product she was selling, would say the customer service we received was excellent, all the staff there were helpful and friendly.
