I can’t thank your assistant enough. I was need of a mattress urgently and she managed to find us one and get to us ASAP. She was kind considerate,thoughtful and professional. She did her very best to help us and we are so grateful to her.

I needed to get a mattress ASAP. I rang our local dreams store and Angela your assistant was so helpful. She sorted us out then my partner went to the store and she explained everything with him and she arranged everything from there. We can’t thank her enough, she was kind compassionate and professional.

Zachary was knowledgable, polite and smart, he took a lot of trouble explaining the products and certainly gave us confidence in his advice. In all an enjoyable experience.

Zachary who served us along with the manager were very polite and friendly. We were offered tea and coffee. I am disabled but Zachary took his time to understand our needs and advised us accordingly. He was not in any way pushy and we were happy to make the purchase. The delivery was made for only three days later and we were very pleased and looking forward to our first nights sleep.

We were looked after by a chap who really knew his stuff. As I am disabled and we were looking for a particular mattress type and with his help and guidance we found exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous and helpful. We brought our last bed from Dreams and have been very please with it that’s why we came back.

There was no hurrying at all due, to disability we needed to get it right this time. Due to wasting over £1300 on a previous bed from another Bed supplier . The salesman spent time and making sure what we were buying was suitable will be going back next time.

The sales assistant Zachary was very professional, took his time with the products and was very considerate to my wifes medical issues.

The assistant was extremely knowledge able, patient and helped us understand our needs.

We were served by a gentleman called Cliff in the Maidstone branch and he was very helpful and informative about the mattresses we were interested in without being pushy
