Dreams - Maidstone

We were given great assistance during this visit but it was the help we received on our previous visit that made us return. We did not purchase a mattress for ourselves at the previous visit as we found that John alweis had a better deal on same mattress. However service was so good we returned to buy a mattress for our son.

I went into dreams Gillingham and the Manager Gary who served us was very rude, patronising, unhelpful and sarcastic which considering how much I was spending was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable that I did not want to purchase. I walked out the store called dreams maidstone and the young man Bibik was very helpful so we drove straight over to the store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we made our purchase, which I did not want to do or do with Gary. Bibik is a credit to you and was a great help! I hope all of this feedback gets passed on to the relevant people. Thank you Bibik from both of us.

Bibek of your maidstone branch was extremely helpful, he came straight to me to ask if I needed help. I told him I’d been looking at a mattress online that I thought was a good price. He took me to the mattress and told me to try it, it was so comfortable, he explained it had pocket springs so is much more comfortable than a coil spring, he found me a pillow to try asking how I slept and he brought over a side sleeping pillow I didn’t know existed, it was amazing, really supported my neck. His service was amazing the whole way through, helping me find the best deal possible. I was so happy you offered a service to take away my old mattress as didn’t know what I was going to do with it. Very pleased that the process was so easy with Bibek’s help. Thankyou.

As we entered the building we were initially left to browse, which was nice. Then when we were ready for assistance Cliff was very helpful and knowledgable. We enjoyed the time we spent in the shop with him!!

We were looking to purchase a replacement mattress. There was a lot of choice and it was a little confusing. However, the sales assistant, Neriman, was very helpful and clearly had a lot of knowledge. This helped us choose the mattress we thought was best for us.
