Zachery was brilliant, he helped me and spent a lot of time to ensure I got the right product

We were greeted on arrival into the store by Bibek who invited us to use the Dreamworks machine and talked us through using it. He then took us around the store and showed us the mattresses the machine recommended for us and explained the differences between them, as well as giving us other options in the same range. He wasn't at all pushy and very knowledgeable, finding us the best mattress and pillows and giving us plenty of time to keep trying different ones before making a decision. Fantastic service and arranged for delivery next week, would definitely recommend.

The assistant, named Neriman, was very attentive and helpful. She understood our needs and what we were looking for and showed us the products that matched our requirements. She showed us a number of different mattresses even using the specialist machine. Highly delighted with how friendly she was and it was a pleasure to make the purchase. Everything, including different options, was explained to us before we decided on our puchase.

The helpfulness and product knowledge of Cliff was exceptional as we had no idea of what mattress we were looking for when we walked into the store.

The assistant who served us was friendly , helpful and had a good knowledge of stock. The only problem we had was not related to the store itself but to the supplier of the range of bunk beds we had wished to purchase. The assistant took the time to double check and has told us he will call when the problem with the supplier is resolved. we were pleased with our purchase and would be happy to buy further items at this store.
