Cliff was extremely knowledgeable and spent time to explain the Dreams colour code system, the test machine and the correct pillows for the mattress choice we made. He also went into details of the different manufacturing methods and philosophies of the different companies. We felt like the products of mattress, divan, headboard and pillows were uniquely tailored to our needs. Highly recommended.

Sold me my first decent mattress and has improved my sleep and quality of life no end. Staff showed a friendly manner in sharing their expertise,& assistance with the choices available. I felt completely at ease in the number of occasions I have visited the store,& did not experience any 'pushy' sales-approaches; a calm environment.
