I was highly satisfied with Cliff as he had such good product knowledge and is a really good salesman all of the staff were welcoming and friendly made me and my other half a cup of tea even though we were dealing with cliff and just an all round good experience

We were approached and assisted by Clifton. He had extensive knowledge on how the correct choice of bed, mattress and pillow can affect your posture, health and overall well being. We were highly impressed with his expertise. I suffer from hip problems being a horserider for over 45 years and my partner has suffered with his back problems due to the same hobby. We were assessed on the bed match and guided to the best possible mattress and pillows for our requirements.

Zachary spent time explaining all the different bed types and mattresses and was very helpful and informative

When we walked into the store, the members of staff were very welcoming and cheerful. No members of staff put any pressure on us and were happy to give us time on our own to look around. Cliff clearly knew an awful lot about beds and how men and women sleep differently (e.g. their positions, etc). We found that due to Cliff's knowledge, we were happy to spend a lot more money than we intended to spend on a bed which we know will last us a very long time.

Great service, very impressed with the bed matching machine and the expertise of Cliff, our sales assistant. He matched me with exactly the right mattress to ease my hip joint pain even when it turned out to be a less expensive one. He could see the difference in the curve of my spine and realised the expensive one was too soft for me.

Had good banter with the sales person.found them very helpful and polite.
