Welcomed on arrival, sales assistant sort help when needed. Neriman came and took us through the order process with ease.

I was highly satisfied with my experience, as I am disabled and have difficulty with my mobility. Zachary, was brilliant from the start. He took into consideration my disability and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout my shopping experience. He accompanied me into the lift to gain access to the upper floor. Zachary, was polite, efficient and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made my shopping experience very enjoyable and he is a true asset to the Dreams company.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and offered a drink.

Angela in the Maidstone store was very patient and helpful. We went into a number of bed stores and Dreams were the only one that we thought the service was top quality. The range of beds was also very good.
