We were in a rush as we are moving and needed to get a lot done on the day so didn’t want to be spending a lot of time ordering our bed. Zachary came to ask us if we needed help I explained that I knew what I wanted and was in a rush just wanted to get it ordered he was very quick processing the whole order so we were very grateful.

Looked after amazingly well at the Maidstone branch where we placed our order. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the range and helped tailor our requirements to find us the perfect bed to suit our needs. Didn’t feel pressured at all which is important to me personally as I would walk away if someone was trying to hard sell. He gave us time to think and every opportunity to ask additional questions. We were also offered a hot beverage which was very kind and appreciated on a chilly day. Delivery arranged exceeded expectations and we left thoroughly happy with the entire experience. Our salesman was called Zarvi Neriman and is an absolute credit to your company.

We were greeted promptly on entering the store and the assistant passed us on to Cliff who had specific knowledge of the product line we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and efficient service.

Your delivery team Leon and Paul were the tops. They were very helpful and courteous, they took their shoes off before entering our home which we were most impressed with. Thank you once again for your efficient service, highly recommended.
