AS SOON AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR WE WERE OFFERED A DRINK, ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND TOLD WHERE WE COULD FIND EVERYTHING. THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AFTER A BROWSE AROUND THE STORE WE LOOKED DOWN TOWARDS THE GROUND FLOOR FROM UPSTAIRS AND IMMEDIATELY A MALE MEMBER OF STAFF INDICATED HE WAS COMING UP, THIS TURNED OUT TO BE THE MANAGER ZARVI. WHAT A GREAT BLOKE THIS MAN IS, VERY EFFICIENT EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND QUICK WITHOUT PRESSURE, PERFECT.

Zach was great from when we walked in the store. He greeted us, offered us a drink, talked us through sleepmatch and then guided us round our recommended mattresses. He also explained the different types of pillows suitable to both of us.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked whether we needed help. I explained my husband and I would like to use the sleep match machine to help us choose a mattress, fortunately it was available to use straight away and the process was explained well to us. Once the results were in her colleague Cliff took over and he explained the mattress results in detail. We chose to look at the Tempur mattress and Cliff explained to us the benefits of the mattress and how it would work for each of us, including the marvellous Tempur pillows. Cliff's knowledge was extensive and impressive! It's a little strange holding a conversation whilst lying on a bed but Cliff made us feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We choose to purchase the mattress and two pillows, the order process was simple and we were offered a drink while we went through the process. Overall a pleasant experience!

Neriman was quick to assist me when I entered the store and assessed my needs, directing me to the Sleepmatch in an appropriate time scale. Once the match was complete, she identified the mattresses that would suit my results making it relatively easy to make the best decision. She was extremely polite, personable, attractive and attentive making the whole communication, a delight. In no way was I rushed, pushed or bullied into making any decision which made me WANT to make a purchase at this store despite having a DREAMS store in my own home town.

store was very clean, staff were very helpful and helped us find the correct mattress for us. We would recomend the maidstone store to our friends and family.

Neriman couldn't do enough for us. She was very knowledgeable, offered us drinks, did the "sleepmatch" which we had never done before (and had visited many bed stores). Showed us the "matched" beds and then left us alone to discuss which ones we liked etc. We then placed an order with her and she offered us another drink, arranged the delivery to suit and was very polite, friendly and excellent at her job. We might not have brought the bed from here without this excellent customer service.
