Our sales assistant Cliff, was very knowledgeable regarding our needs and product suitability. He spent time discussing our most suitable mattress and advised us on pillows . He was friendly, well presented and had exceptional clean shoes.

I was looking for a replacement Tempur mattress and Neriman the customer adviser who helped me was very helpful & friendly, she also knew all about the Tempur mattress range which had changed a lot since I brought my first Tempur.

I arrived at the store yesterday with very little knowledge of what my husband and I needed. We were met with very positive information. Had the sleep test and were shown the beds best suited for our needs. We have bought the Hyde and sleep bed , given the mattress cover and the cover for our old mattress to be taken when the new one arrives next week. Then received a message confirming the date and time of arrival on my email today . I am very impressed at the speed and service we received at Dreams. I look forward to many hours of blissful slumber.
