Tina was very helpful. took her time explaining even though she was a new employee. she was informative. Angela booked our order and again thorough and explained every thing clearly and wasn't rushed.

because the staff were very helpful especially the young assistant we first saw when we got to the store we were even offered a drink if we would like one. The person we placed the order with was very efficient and also very helpful.

I'm a builder I have had lots of problems with my back and bad pains in my back in the morning to the extent I had days of work it was that bad I phone the store 30 minutes before closing time and they were the woman on the phone was very helpful so I went to the store she talked me though the mattresses telling me the difference between them I tried a few and I picked the one I like she also made me a hot chocolate which I thought was very nice I got it home and aloud it to expand for a few hours like she told me I had the best night sleep ever to the extent I did not want to get out of bed this morning and went I did get up I was amazed to have no pains in my bad I'm really over the moon with your services and I couldn't thank you enough please make sure you praised the woman for her great customer service thank you so much I will be highly reccomend you!
