The guy quickly understood what we wanted and made recommendations and dealt with our sale in a fast manner, which is all perfect for me 👍

Mostly due to Robyn's assistance, she took the time to understand what I'm looking for and then help to find the right mattress within the budget. I was happy to see such a wide range of mattresses in the shop which assured me I will be able to find the right one.

I don't have any reason to fault the staff in the store. We were welcomed by staff and left to browse freely. Staff were available when we needed them and were helpful - even offered a cup of tea, which was a nice touch. Order process was simple. All in all it took around an hour to browse, decide, negotiate and order. Excellent
