Staff extremely helpful - even a new member of staff. Maintaining high cleanliness standards before and during visit. Lots of time to help and leave us to discuss independently too. Staff knew exactly what type of beds to let us try and provided alternatives when they knew they weren't quite right for us.

having just returned to Scotland after 21yrs living in new zealand. i landed 2 days before lockdown. i visited your dreams store the day after i arrived, did the ;bed test; and chose a bed and a mattress. fast forward 3 months, your shop opened again, i visited again, had a very nice experience with Lorraine, and the manager. both were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. i picked my bed, headboard, and mattress, paid for them, and was told that they would hold it all until i am allowed to move into my new home. that was a big thing for me. all together, a very satisfying and useful visit to your store.
