John was super helpful from the minute we stepped foot in store, explained we bought a mattress less than a year ago online due to lockdown and wasn’t suitable. He set up the machine to find the right mattress and allowed us (including our 6 year old) to test all that were compatible. Within half an hour we had bought our new mattress with delivery this weekend (5 days from order). Couldn’t be happier ;)

This was based on our in store experience and the help we received to decide on the correct mattress for us.

Jon and Sam were lovely, very friendly and very knowledgeable, we were even given a bottle of water, the mattress was your own brand and on sale so I was delighted 😀

Friendly helpful staff

From the moment we walked through the door at Livingston we were greeted, then left a comfortable period to browse then approached with an offer of assistance, the sales person (John) was first class, offering the services of the bed test system. Pointed us in the direction of the suggested mattresses. Offered reasons for and against according to individual needs. This lead us to the perfect mattress for us, a bit more than we planned to spend but worth the cash. First class attention and knowledge.

This was down to Jon and his customer service skills - very knowledgeable, easy to speak with and took time with us and at no stage did we feel pressurised into buying.

The stores manager John was absolutely lovely. From having a poor experience with Oak Furnitureland due to failures to deliver a recent order we went to dreams and he catered for our every needs. He understood the products that he sold very well, explained everything and got us to make sure that we made very informed choices about the beds and associated mattresses that we purchased. He was very clear about delivery times, and flagged the likely longer lead time on the specific goods that were produced outwith the UK.

The Sales Assistant was superb. She was helpful and knowledgeable and let us take our time. Shopping for two beds for a new home was a very pleasant experience and made very easy for us.
