The service was outstanding! The way we had everything explained to us and they way we had the options presented! I think that's why we ended up spending so much for a matress! Never thought I would pay this kind of money for a matress, but it's totally worth it. That's why I've been waiting for two weeks to give this review and now I can confirm customer satisfaction.

Sam took the time to learn about our sleep pattern and used the sleep machine to check what mattress was best suited for us, she tried us on a variety of mattresses until we found the one we wanted, very attentive and friendly.
