We were greeted at the door and then showed to our sales lady Stephi who then arranged for us to use the dream machine which was all ready for use as Stephi had it all cleaned and settled us on it which was a lovely experience. Once the results came in Stephi arranged for us to try the mattresses that were suitable (medium) and we choose our favourite, we then were showed options for bases and the different colours we could have which we then chose, lovely to see how clean everything was and hand sanitizer was available we were also offered a bottle of water. Stephi was excellent and helped us with everything explains things step by step we also bought a bed for our son. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff fabulous experience.
