Was approached almost immediately when entering the shop and was shown product I was looking for with enthusiasm and great knowledge of product with a smile and kindness

The assistant was so so helpful, knew exactly what I was looking for and went through the range I could choose from really happy with the care and assistance I received

Lots of friendly staff gave us time to look at the products and then came over to see how they could help us if we asked questions and they were knowledgeable about the products and made sure we understood everything.

Robyn welcomed us in and showed us around without making us feel suffocated. The Sleep match machine is a great idea!

The quality of the matresses and frames available was excellent and I was very happy with the ones I eventually chose. I had plenty of time to go around the store trying the various recommended matresses to find what I was most happy with. The representatives were extremely helpful in finding something that was a good fit for me and Jon was very helpful while placing my order. Will return when I am in need of another quality bed
