Then the delivery men (from Cumbernauld), phone exactly as they said in advance and were very good with mask and overshoes when entering the house on a very wet day and took the time to explain how to assemble easily. First class all round. No other ordering process and delivery has been as good.

The customer assistants welcomed us, let us first browse the shop, asked after a while if we would require assistance and offered us the computerised mattress test. After the test, the customer assistant went through the selection with us and guided us through trying out the 5 mattresses selected. We were given suitable pillows, offered water and given plenty of time to reach our decision.
