The price I was quoted and paid for in store turned out to be a mistake and I had to pay an extra £100, I was very stressed and highly disappointed. I got home and received a call from the sales woman, it was very stressful for both of us, simple human error but it caused quite an upset having to pay another £100.

It would have been a great visit, but was told the pick up of the old mattress was free, which it was not, and was not clear about the 8 year warranty.

We were told we could have free mattress cover on initial visit, when we returned the next day to place the order we were told we could no longer have the mattress cover.

Felt a bit uncomfortable as until we said we were buying, shop keepers and sellers will bloom at us with insistance...as if we were robbers but would not talk to us... Didn't feel a warm welcome... And also 4 workers in the shop, but only one going to all clients, so having to wait for information.

There was an error when placing my order, whereby I was undercharged around £60, on an order of over £1200 including financing. Instead of letting this go or handling internally, we were made to wait in the store for an additional 30-45 mins for resolution, and were made to pay the amount upfront as it was "not possible" to add to the financing. This was compounded by the risk that our delivery slot might have been given away, although the store manager contacted us the following day to confirm it would be maintained.

Only on placement of order did delivery charges get raised. Confusion over whether it was free to store for collection existed between sales staff. Collection available but not from store, but rather warehouse a distance away. This is poor customer care in my view and should be clearly communicated. After purchase which my son is going to collect for me to save the additional charges, I was made aware that you do give free delivery but this is if placed on line for same product at same cost. This would appear to be double standards and again not communicated or offered by your branch staff when discussing delivery options and charges........poor show Dreams.
