I wasn't able to find a bed the size I wanted they were all over 6ft in length I expected to find a smaller bed for children aged 6up wards without resorting to the cabin type beds however the bed I have got is very good albeit my grandson still has another 3 feet to grow to get full use of it !!!

I feel that a combination of store decor made it feel dated which made me initially consider going elsewhere. The place was clean but again dated and not upto modern standard. The person I dealt with effected my score as well due to lack of knowledge although I do believe she was new. She made a mistake on my credit plan and charged me for 8 year warranty which I stated I didn't want. The other advisor aided this person and luckily spotted the mistake.

Nothing exceptional

The assistance provided by Leopold was first class; nothing was too much bother. His product knowledge was excellent, he was friendly and attentive without being too intrusive. I almost never make such a large purchase without taking time to reflect but in this instance the sale only happened on the day because of Leopold's service.

There was nothing exceptional that happened to warrant the highly satisfied rating. Nothing was wrong though
