Purchasing side of the sale seems to take forever when u r on a time limit.my feelings xxxx

I was happy with the help I received

How satisfied do I need to be everything was fine

Was really looking for a sofa bed with storage in double bed size. also thought prices were kind of high.

The staff were extremely helpful in the store, they went through everthing with us to ensure that we made the right choice. they discussed different slat options for our bed also. overall very good. Store was spotless.

I was satisfied in general but disappointed that the interest free option was not offered to me meaning I will incur interest on my credit card adding further cost, I wasn't aware that this was an option. Free Saturday delivery was a bonus.

The first assistant was hovering around so we left the first time and came back the second day and we're given freedom

The delivery time for a single mattress is over two weeks I thought that was excessive for a large store. Sales assistant was very good she opened the store early as I was waiting outside on the shop opening.

Nothing specific - overall I was satisfied with the experience

Actual delivery date was to be communicated by phone later in the day. Phone call not received and had to make phone call 2 days later for information
