There was't as much choice of mattresses as I imagined there would be in terms of different manufacturers. I thought more floor space would have been taken up with mattresses.

I visited the store on 2 occasions before I purchased my bed. The 1st visit was great but on the second visit I was told I would be charged a fee for the assembly of the beds even though the sign said 'assembly as standard'. When purchasing the bed I was informed assembly was included. Also on the day I purchased the bed, the staff member was unaware that the kids duvet sets came free with the purchase. Other than this I was very pleased with the store

Just wished that Tempur was more affordable - no dissatisfaction with the store or staff. Only time will tell if the product lives up to the manufacturer's claims and therefore value for money.

There is always room for improvement.

I have not yet received the product so it is difficult to full review my experience.

Found your pricing for a Saturday delivery and then a further cost if I wished to state AM or PM delivery. Would have increased the cost by £20.00. Washappy to pay £10 to stipulate the day but extremely unhappy at not being given a time slot i.e. AM or PM.

To be honest, as I've not received the products as yet it's a little difficult to say. I found the pricing on the high end but quality of the products once being used will dictate whether this was value or not.

I would have preferred to see a "cut away" model of the inside of each mattress. Having a "cut away" model would have assisted the decision process.

A bit disappointed in the choice of fabrics for headboards

The sales assistant was too pushy, trying too hard to get that all important commission I'm sure but actually put me off. I did buy a bed but he really was really annoying.
