It's really very expensive, my problem isn't with Dreams only but the entire industry. Either way your sale assistant is top notch and I bought one anyway

A bit more expensive than expected

Confusion wrt what was and what wasn't on offer.

High Level of information available, satisfied with sales, problem with transaction held us up. However we were offered coffee and apologies.

Didn't want to have to make purchase but it was necessary

Not sure what would have enhanced our experience to highly satisfied

Lack of choice on sofa beds

It was a distress purchase. We have not had the mattress delivered yet so I'll reserve full judgement till it comes.

Ran into slight hindrance whilst placing order in the store which was eventually resolved by the staff. However i was told they will keep anneye on my order which leaves me slightly nervous as a flexible delivery date is extremely important to me. Fingers crossed
