Dreams - Livingstone

The mattress we bought doesn't seem to be the size it should be for a king size bed. It's nearly 2 inches too narrow. Currently deciding what to do about it.

I have a Forces Defence Discount Card and would have been eligible for 10% discount on my order, however there was no sign to indicate I could use it in store. It was not until I had my wallet out to pay that I jokingly asked if I could use it. It was too late as the order had gone into the system. £40 to £50 reduction would have been useful.

None really just to score highly satisfied would have to be excellent - this only be given on occassional basis. The service provided was very good

When we walked in we were met by Lorraine. I was buying a mattress for my Mum. Lorraine listen to what my Mum wanted. She took the time to make sure my Mum got what she wanted.

I went to purchase a specific item so I knew what I was wanting and where in the store it was located, so I did not need or receive a lot of attention from the staff which I was satisfied with. The situation did not warrant any work from the sales-person other than completing my order on line which I suppose is his job. To be highly satisfied would have required the Sales-person to have done something over and above what he gets paid for.

I feel like we could have been given more of a discount as the total price game to £823 for frame and mattress and it was only reduced by £23

I very rarely give highly satisfied or 10/10. the girl serving (Robyn) was very helpful and deserves full marks

I was more than satisfied with my trip yo dreams. I was helped from the moment I walked through the door. Till I completed my purchase. The assistant was very helpful every step of the way. More than satisfied. Highly satisfied.

Robyn our assistant was excellent and the visit good only let down my the fact that the mattress will arrive in a couple of weeks but the bunks will take 6 weeks

Couldn't find the headboard we were looking for. Sales assistant helped and we were shown it. The pillows on offer for half price with purchase of mattress were very poor, in my opinion, I think it would have been better if more choice of deals were available.
