I was satisfied with my experience of shopping at Dreams and the assistant, Lorraine, was really helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation in shopping with her again. However, having to wait 4 weeks for our new beds seemed a tad long, which is the bit I am dissatisfied with.

The sales techniques used by Aaron were a little too obvious and an attempt to build rapport before would have been welcomed.

I have stated I was, in most cases, highly satisfied, and in some satisfied - I have not said i was dissatisfied

The Customer service was very good, Lorraine was very helpful and friendly, but there was a slight hiccup with the order which has hopefully been resolved.
