Managed to get exactly what I was looking for and good selection opt mattresses.

We went shopping for a new bed for our daughter, lorand was very helpful and we explained our daughter has autism a learning disability, he let us browse all beds and then advised us what the best matress would be for her, we now have 1 very happy little girl who loves being in her room now and more importantly is safe in her bed.

Able to test the product and time to carry this out. Questions asked of the assistant were answered well and he took time with myself and my son. Aimed to ensure the customer was very satisfied.

I decided to buy a bed for my daughter's new house, for me to use when I go to Scotland to visit her and her family. I explained my needs to the assistant who understood exactly what I needed, even to the detail of the number of pillows I use. Her knowledge of the products and prices was excellent. Excellent friendly service from Kim at the Livingston branch - nothing was to much trouble even got offered a coffee! she let us try everything and helped us pick something suitable for both our needs including pillows !! also seemed very Knowledgable and we left the shop smiling.
