The Service received was very good and friendly.

Kimberley the sales assistant was very good at assisting us and making us feel welcome to the shop. She was very friendly and a lovely person. Everything was dealt with very quickly and Kimberly was very helpful with choosing our pillows etc.

The gentleman explaned the store layout, fully assisted me with my mates choice and put me at ease.

We shopped the week before in the York dreams where the customer service was really poor bad attitude of your staff I then left store and looked around at other bed stores I loved the bed on dreams so I drove to hull Paul was amazing you think you should get the same service from the same company the store in hull were all very helpful they offered us a coffee and told us there were there but didn't follow you around

Upon entering, was approached by a member of staff welcoming us into the store, offering assistance & also tea/coffee & generally just making us feel very welcome. Great assistance & advice on which bed to go for & also information on deals relating to different slats. Were served quickly & promptly & given lots of advice & help regarding delivery options also. Very pleased with the service provided by Ann & we will be back in the future!

Lilly the assistant was very helpful both with a query that we had and also with the purchase of our new beds.

I found the staff members that helped us, lorand and Kimberly, were really friendly and were able to answer all our questions easily. There was no hard sell which I appreciate as it made us feel at ease and the staff did not rush us along so we took nearly 2.5 hours to make a decision!!! The staff also let us have time to ourselves to try the beds and discuss our purchase. The shop was very clean and tidy and a very pleasant experience. I can't wait for my new bed and mattress to arrive. Manythanks to the Livingston team.

Right from the minute we entered the store we were offered assistance, by Ann, and taken through the comfort station. We did not feel rushed, everything was explained and she was able to answer all of our questions. Another female member of staff (didn't catch her name) asked if we would like to put our coats, shoes, bag etc behind the counter to allow us to move around more freely. We were offered and given a hot drink whilst deciding on which product to buy. I can't recommend Dreams and the staff at Livingston highly enough. Really welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. A very positive experience. Oh yes - and the selection of meds / mattresses was impressive too.
