I entered the store and was approached by Sam who asked if I needed help. She was very attentive directed me to the mattress I asked for but then suggested sleep match and a variety of different mattresses. She listened to my wants to and I came away with a mattress that O feel will be right for me.

Me and my fiancée were served by Robyn. She is so lovely and listened to all our needs. She made sure that our delivery date lines up with our bed frame delivery, as we are getting the bed frame from another place. She is very attentive and a lovely person to speak to. I also loved that we werent pushed to buy something. We were greeted, told some bits about the store, and then we were left to wander and that if we needed anything to give them a shout. Its a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back again.

On my first visit on Monday I was in with my oldest son who is autistic so I was approached by Sam explained what I wanted but needed space because of his condition he’s not good with people, so really appreciate her giving us time to look and called her over when I’d found what I was looking for, the mid sleeper for my youngest son who’s 4 so I brought him in on Thursday and spoke to Jon who was really nice and patient with us while trying to please a 4 yr old. I was really happy and ordered the beds

Robyn sled is if we needed any assistance, we didn’t so she left us alone until we asked her for assistance, she was knowledgeable on the products, friendly, have us the opportunity to use the computer thing that you lie on and listen to the instructions etc.
