Lilly was a fantastic help in assisting us to purchase the perfect mattress her knowledge of the products was excellent. Bed was delivered quickly and all assembled for us. Have used Dreams before and always found a good bed but Lilly made this buying experience more pleasurable. She was never pushy, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The mattress is fabulous, Lilly was so right.

this was our 2nd visit for a mattress. we were assisted by Ann on both occasions. she was friendly and helpful and spent a long time assisting us and entertaining our kids to allow us the opportunity to try. we ended up with a mattress for our son and pillows for us, (I located a cheaper mattress online for my wife and i).
