We have bought a mattress and bed linen earlier this year and we were very happy with it.

No hassle, friendly service, given time to make decisions without any pressure or unwanted advice

I was able to order exactly what I wanted and get it delivered when I needed it. Generally when you buy beds or most large products you have to work around the delivery companies schedule.

The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and even circled every bed in the brochure which was the correct size that we were looking for so it would make it easier to find something that was suitable. He helped us every step of the way.

We dropped into Dreams in Livingston as we were looking for a new mattress. Ann came forward to serve us and I said we were just having a look round . She said she would explain the lay out of the shop floor first then leave us to look around . Told us her name and said if we wanted to know anything just ask . Occasionally she popped over and asked if we were okay and offered more information about the products we were looking at . Told us all the discounts we could have with different items . When it came to information on the different beds there was nothing she didn't know . We had only gone in for a look but we got so much information on all the products that we ended up buying a bed frame , mattress and protector. We came away feeling we had got a good deal and had been treated like VIP's . Would recommend Ann and Dreams to all our family and freinds
