We were given a lot of time to decide with out any pressure at all, even though the store was closing and we had been there for well over an hour.

Good experience and the sales person understood what we wanted showing us the correct products for our needs

We were looking for children's beds and there was a vast choice. The sales adviser was also really helpful and not pushy at all. We didn't purchase on our initial visit, however, the sales assistant called to advise us of a special offer so we returned the next day and made the full purchase. Great service!

Our experience was highly satisfactory due to the efficiency and excellent manner of he assistant named Steph. She was Sue in every way!

I enjoyed my experience buying a new mattress at the weekend, we have bought our previous one from the same store 6 years ago and decided it was time for a new one so we opted for what we know. on arrival we were greeted by a very friendly young man who explained all the different mattress types at the one end of the store. and explained once you choose a colour (a type of mattress) you prefer you can then go to the correct section and narrow down your choice. he also very kindly took the kids and gave them colouring in materials which kept them quite and gave us the needed time to make our selection.

Upon entering the store, we were not immediately jumped upon, but allowed a short period of time to acclimatise ourselves to the store. When we were approached by Steph, she immediately placed us at ease with her friendly nature, her product and price knowledge, and taking her time selecting the correct pillow for us to use when trying the mattresses, our eight year old son was included by Steph, which we found endearing. My husband is a shift worker, as is Steph's, therefore she knew which matress to reccomend for a bed with disjointed use. After showing us around, providing us with refreshments, which i will add was a very welcome touch, Steph allowed us to roam the store at our leisure. When the time came to purchase she ran through everything including, delivery time, savings, finance etc. I could not fault our experience at Dreams Livingston.

The assistant was very helpful & knew all the products well to help me find what I was looking for. Great service.

Steph was very helpful and down to earth. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent customer service, was welcomed by one colleague who went on to help another customer and another (equally welcoming) colleague took over as soon as i had made a choice on products. Overall a very good shopping experience.

As it was our first time purchasing a bed we lacked any real knowledge of what to look for? The salesman was fantastic and very friendly. He gave us just the right amount of information and allowed us sufficiant time alone to consider our options. After visiting numerous stores including a rival benson beds across the road,I can say that he was a particularly powerful reason for our purchase. He is an asset to your company
