The assistant 'Steph' was non-pushy, listened to our requirements, demonstrated her knowledge of the products we were interested in, she was approachable and helpful.

Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and guided us to the best mattress for us and not based on the highest price.

Sam was extremely friendly and helpful. Used the perfect sleep machine for the first time and Sam was very knowledgable of the products that had been recommended to us, made us feel completely at ease!

The staff were right there to answer all questions.they were able to tell you which mattress was good for you.

We were shown the products available the colours the pricing and given a delivery date all well managed and Covid safe with a very helpful and pleasant member of staff...it was a real pleasure doing business

Great service polite and friendly store was hot so was offered bottle of water not too pushy showed us a range of suitable beds according to sleep machine in different price ranges.
