Stephanie was an amazing help and spent loads of time with me to select the best bed and mattress. Fabulous staff member

Kasim was very helpful, explaining the different types of mattresses, the various prices, etc. He gave us pillows to rest our heads on while we tried 5 different mattresses and was very patient while we made up our minds.

Steph was the Livingston Dreams Rep that dealt with our enquiry, purchase and delivery arrangement and was very helpful during this time. When I explained I had a Services Discount Card but had left it at home she arranged to allow me to return a half hour later with my card to qualify for the 10% discount. Lot of Brownie points for Dreams. The overall experience that my wife and I found was very pleasant and reassuring, low prices and lots of stock to ponder and helpful competent staff.

Great to see the product I had chosen online, resulted in buying a different bed that was more what I was looking for but hadnt seen on line. Would have liked a quicker delivery date but I was limited on availability

I visited the Livingston store and the shop assistant, Kasim, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He placed my order quickly and efficiently and delivered a great customer experience.

The sales advisor Kasim was working today on his own and was very professional at all times and he kept regular contact with each of the customers in the store waiting to make a purchase or enquiry. He offered us tea or coffee on 3 occasions as our visit was almost 2 hours in the branch today. He managed to also deal with maintenance contractors whilst handling customers at the same time but in a polite and friendly manner asking it it would be okay to do so and still making us feel valued customers. He was not pushy about the sale just allowed us plenty of time to make brouse and choose the right product today.
