The Sales person, Jon, made us most welcome with his greeting and attention and excellent knowledge of the products and gave us professional advice and also gave us adequate time to consider the produces to narrow it down to the chosen mattress. Joh was very well trained and organised to process the order and include a small welcome discount on the £1,000 mattress. The paperwork was processed efficiently and with clarity to complete the purchase and advice on contact details for delivery and the like and disposal/recycling of our existing mattress, all within a reasonable 3 week delivery period.
