We were given the time to try the products and were not rushed into making a decision or pushed to go for an expensive product.

Staff member was really friendly and helpful and she came to assist us as soon as we entered the store, loads of mattresses to choose from and the bed we lay on at the start giving the computer read out was really helpful.

All members of staff in the Livingston store. Said hello when we entered and said to give them a shout if we needed any help. Was left in peace to browse and Jon was very helpful when it came to placing an order. Go into some stores and feel hounded my staff, not at all like that in Livingston Dreams

Jon was amazing though Bensons were cheaper
