I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams. I explained that while having a hip condition I need a soft mattress but firm at the same time and I was advised exactly what would suit me best. Found the perfect mattress and even better 60% off!

The member of staff (and another colleague) were friendly and helpful. She totally understood what I was looking for and showed me a range of products in my price range. Everything was explained and I felt I could make a decision easily. Great service, thanks
