Great staff, friendly on arrival and passed on some really helpful advice, we were allowed our own time and space but felt we could ask questions at anytime without feeling pressured. Would highly recommend a visit.

Sterling was very knowledgeable and helped us purchase the right bed, mattress and headboard, he even managed to sell us some new pillows.

The staff, sespecially Emily at your Doncaster store wer really excellent. She was extremly helpful, was very knowlegable about your products and explained queries in a clear concise understandable way. The atmosphere in the shop was very congenial and the other memebers of staff apeared to have a nice working relationship. All in all we were treated with the utmost civility and kindness and were able to make our purchases without feeling we had been `pushed`into buying anything that we did not want or need. If the quality of your products are as high as that of your staff then we will be returning later in the year.

Given great assistance with lots of knowledge on which mattress would be best for us. Wasn’t rushed in making a decision even though the store was going to be closing soon. Very friendly and was very impressed with delivery times.

Today's mattress shopping was a whole new ball game to the the last time we purchased, when we simply wondered around a shop sat on a few mattresse's bounced up and down and selected the one that we thought was most comfortable. It was the first time we have used "DREAMS". From the minute we entered the showroom the whole process was so relaxed, easy and comfortable, guided by the lovely "Julie", who made our selection choice so much easier. Greeted with a friendly smile asked what we were looking for, made a cuppa, then using the Dream Bed Selector machine. This made several suggestions that may be good for us to try out, as myself and my husband like different firmness's of mattress. Julie guided us around the showroom which was immaculate, giving us lots of information about the make up of the mattress and ansawering all of our questions. Julie was relaxed and patient, other staff coming over and speaking also. We made our selection, placed our order, chose a delivery date to suit ourselves and arranged the take away of our existing mattress all in one short sitting. Julie was thorough, talking us through the purchase process. We left the store very happy customers indeed.

Very highly satisfied we felt that we wasn't being rushed someone there with any questions to be answered wasn't felt like that they was rushing us asked if we wanted a drink .

Sharon at the Doncaster store was extremely helpful, showed a number of different ranges of beds and prices after she put us on a really cool machine in store to determine our body type which choose the correct type of mattress for us. We bought the best mattress for us along with pillows too. Thank you Sharon
