The lady who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, could not do enough, patient and did not try to rush me in my decision. We have a lovely chat and she helped me no what kind of questions I asked. An outstanding member of staff in my opinion.

Enquired on Wednesday 19th Feb with Stirling about a new good quality mattress for our sleigh bed , after taking the bed test and looking and trying a number I asked for some contact details and returned on Friday 21st with my wife to ensure we would get a mattress we both liked. Sharon was very helpful , finding my test result , we considered a few options eventually going for the Flaxby P/S 6500 with split zip for access up our stairs. As with Stirling , Sharon went through different options , we purchased extra warranty and pillow/bed protector and came away feeling happy.

On entering the store looking for a matteress the expensive ones were at the front however the sales assistant showed me where I needed to be allowed me to try the matteresses and I purchased one
