Dreams - Doncaster

We were greeted by one sales assistant, who was very friendly and helped us immediately. He set us up on the Dreams mattress test machine and offered us a drink. We were then seen to by a second sales assistant, Stirling who was just as friendly and accommodating as the first sales assistant (who we unfortunately cannot remember his name). We had genuine conversation and felt very comfortable and unpressured throughout. We were shown a number of options suitable to the outcomes of the test and were given lots of information and advise about each one. We were given a tempur pillow to try during the testing, of which we purchased 2. The best thing about our experience at Dreams was that all of our requirements were catered to and we were able to incorporate various elements of products into our ideal bed.

Polite friendly staff who were not pushy and gave the advice needed to make a decision

I was highly satisfied in this store, as the lady who helped us was really helpful and pleasant. She was very polite and knowledgeable.

We were approached shortly after arriving into the store. Sharon the sale assistant was very helpful. She introduced us to the sleep machine, which we experience and thereafter talked us through the recommendations. We were able to make a suitable choice from these.

Very friendly staff couldn’t do enough for us even got a warm drink freezing outside much appreciated thanks

The girl Emily who served us at the York Rd store in Doncaster assisted both me and my partner as we were buying things for our first home we was excited and she made the experience more excitable, will be returning to order our main bedroom bed and furniture to complete.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help and offer assistance. They worked with my budget and showed me options in the colours I wanted and to cater to my needs.

Staff suggested different options And the store was empty so didn’t have to wait around
