On entering the store we were met and given hand sanitizing cream and briefed about social distancing. Then we undertook a test on a bed which produced a profile of our shapes and revealed which kind of firmness was best suited for us. When we made our choice the salesman very efficiently guided us through payment and delivery details and answered any questions we asked in a polite and knowledgeable manner.

Stirling was Amazing very understanding of my needs, had knowledge of the product, should me stack that was available to suit my budget. Defiantly no high pressure sales, relaxed approach and gave me time and space to try out as many beds as many times as I liked. Really impressed by your friendly team professional yet personable approach and I’m highly satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend to family and friends. In fact I came to dreams on a friend’s recommendation who had recently bought a mattress. Many thanks
