Was very impressed with my first ever visit to dreams, the staff who dealt with me couldn’t be more helpful, he listened and did all he could to help me find the best suited mattress, and even better we got a fantastic mattress at a fantastic price. Very happy customer, thanks Dream’s.

Store wasimmaculately clean and hand sanitisers and gloves readily available as you walked in. Salesperson we dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable and we felt in no way under any pressure at all

The store was practicing social distancing and the salesman was very vigilant throughout the whole time we spent looking for the bed and making the final purchase. Hand sanitiser and masks were available upon entering the store too. The product we finally purchased was good quality and the price excellent - Dave was both accommodating and considerate and also gave us time to consider what was right for us. And, to our delight, the lead time to deliver was literally just over a week which was fabulous and much quicker than a competitor who quoted 6 weeks ! Great stuff ;o)
