Stirling was very welcoming and he seemed knowledgeable as the information he provided was solid.

When entering the store we were greeted and shown where the hand sanitizer was kept and was encouraged to use it. We were unsure what mattress would be best for us so was shown the bed monitor to see if that would give us a better idea. Someone had just used it so we waited only about 5 minutes while an assistant cleaned it down and put clean paper sheets on. This I thought was a really good thing to do. After we had tried a few mattresses we then choose our base. Everyone in store were really friendly and helpful.

Sharon our assistant completely understood our needs. After the computer analysis she recommended several options within our price range. She was extremely confident in her produce and inspires confidence in us without being pushy. I have already recommended her to family!
