Assistant allowed us to use the mattress monitor to confirm the most suitable mattress. He demonstrated several items and provided information needed to assist us in choosing the right product. He took time to deal with us and didn't put us under pressure to buy.

The Customer service by Emily and Dave (think he was the manager) in Doncaster (retail park) was Brilliant. There was another lady who was nice but didn't know her name. They made us feel at ease was not pushy, had alot of knowledge and got us a good deal as one we originally picked was not in stock. They both had good customer service skills, friendly, was very impressed and would go back again just to be served by them two thankyou to them loads for our dreamy bed Jenny & lee Doncaster
