Really impressed with the customer services provided by all the staff especially the 2 gentlemen Stirling and his colleague with the dark hair , laughs and jokes through out our visit and amazing prices on our purchases also the free pillows and mattress toppers really appreciate it , cannot wait for my mattress to arrive will definitely be recommending to family and friends , what a lovely set of staff 5 star guys ! Xxx

The service I received was friendly and very helpful. Quick and efficient and very professional. My objective was to buy a mattress reasonably priced with the information of the product, which I had already researched, as quickly as possible. This objective was filled without any problems at all. I do not like shopping and find it very difficult when shop assistant seem very uninterested in their products. On this occasion it was stress free and very professional.

Assistant allowed us to use the mattress monitor to confirm the most suitable mattress. He demonstrated several items and provided information needed to assist us in choosing the right product. He took time to deal with us and didn't put us under pressure to buy.
