Dave was on hand as soon as we walked through the door pointing us to the hand sanitiser and asked if we needed assistance Nothing was too much trouble, he measured the inside of the ottoman beds for us as we were very specific to what we wanted. He gave us pillows with protectors for us to try whatever we chose and did the mattress test with us after he had sanitised and protected the mattress We were offered bottled water, couldn't fault the service on anything and got a brilliant deal to boot!
