Very friendly staff who greeted us on arrival. We were asked what we were looking for and were given the help we needed. It was also good that we were given time to look around without being pressured something that I find really helpful. We chose what we wanted and from then on everything was straight forward and quick. There was a delay in delivery time due to the head board I had picked being out of stock but I just chose a different one and then were able to get a quicker delivery. Very impressed throughout.

We had visited prior to lockdown and found Julue extremely helpful, talking us through the different products and doing the mattress test with us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store were able to help us identify the products within our budget and were extremely friendly. It was great to see social distancing guidelines being followed, hand sanitizer prompted to use and water offered to us and other customers. Such a friendly feeling in store.
