Original delivery was 1 week, I paid for the goods. There was a problem & I rang back within the hr to change size of mattress, delivery then went to 3 weeks. When I paid, I was told i could make a change if needed & delivery date would not be an issue. It was.. 3 weeks If I'd have known that at the time I would have gone else ware. The bad is for my father, who was with us. He has a bad back & needs a new bed really soon. I did mention this a couple of times. I will never shop here again & will pass the word on....

Ordered on the phone having chosen on line. Couldn't pay ob=ver phone. Was emailed a print with bank detail written on. Was advised delivery 23/01. paid by bank transfer. got a call delivery set for 20/02. Cancelled order I'm an estate agent buying for a client, couldn't pay over phone as billing address isn't delivery address. Ordered today from another company and new bed coming tomorrow.

Draws came covered in oil 2 of the drawers wouldn't open have to wait another week and a half for replacements to be sent out when my partner had taken a week off work to sort the bedroom out

I made my order by contacting your customer service team. Amanda, the assistant I spoke to (the first time I called), appeared to be helpful and cheerful, which I expect with an acceptable level of customer service. However, when I wished to purchase my order, when I phoned back at 11.50pm the night before your sale was due to end. Which is when I wished to place an oder, Amanda was lacked ANY form of customer service eg she didnt play any attention to my order, as the first time I spoke to her I said I only required a bed frame. However, well into placing my orfer for both a frame and mattress and confirming this manytimes, she said 'OH, you want a mattress now?' (was she even awake?) Amanda mis quoted me, despite me confirming more than once, £507 cover EVERYTHING, only then to ask for a payment of £40 to pay on my debit card. Furthermore, I asked her for an explaintion, I didnt feel she was able to provide ANY type of explaintion. I decided to pay in instalments, although the break down she informed me of over a 6 mth agreement, once I did the math, showed an over paymentment of approx £20. I questioned her about this, AGAIN I found her very unhelpful. Inshort, awful and rushed!
