The staff are great big but though on your dreams sleep machine , I don’t feel that it could tell me what I was looking for also I asked for a Cumfy bed , telling staff my needs , that I spend a lot of time in bed, yet the mattress I was sold is unsuitable for my needs ,,,, not comfy at all

Could not locate items on the website so had to do a chst and ask for a link. Asked for an alternative delivery agent from Hermies as I have difficulty with them delivering to me. I was told they use other agents too and a note to this effect would be made on my order. I’ve got Hermies !!! Noooooo

went into the Doncaster branch, all clearance beds were marked up as divan and base separately, this one wasn't, just one price as divan beds are(price for mattress and base) went to order, then the base was a separate price, the store manager came over, got his staff to quickly write on the ticket it was the mattress only, we managed to sort a price out for the base and mattress,the deal breaker was that he told me he gets headboards in weekly and that he would phone me every week when they came in so I could come down and se them, any I wanted he would do me at half the retail price, its been three weeks and NO PHONE CALL!!! not happy from start to finish, the first lady I saw could of told me straight away the base was separate but nothing was mentioned until she has sold me the set, then asked about what base I wanted, I feel I was led down a path then told the gate was locked, when a someone says he will call you, you expect a call, when MANAGER says this you certainly expect a call, very poor experience, shall I wait for my phone call??????? I doubt it will ever come, pure lies I was fed

Took the order and money had the stock in the store made delivery then changed it for later date

The collegegue whom placed out order was not very good at her job to be honest. She did not know how to spell and kept asking myself for the Correct spellings of things I found this very unprofessional. She then went to to putting our order through without explaining monthly costs and over how long she told us this afterwards. We have no idea when the first payment will be taken? We left the store and got in the car. Then remembered that the collegue had forgotten to take out deposit. My husband ran back into the shop and payed the deposit. She thanked us for out honesty but then went into say she would be getting a "bollocking" from management. The way she acted and spoke was not at all professional.

Hidden figures were not discussed like assembly and delivery, coming to nearly £100, why can't this be presented at the beginning of the sale experience instead of agreeing a purchase, then to be told you have to pay more.

Notified on scheduled day of delivery that the mattress wouldn't be arriving as scheduled - I explained the circumstances to the colleague involved (Brenda Gill) and she refused to help
